Retail parks in Poland are still more or less uncharted territory for most investors. Which is surprising insofar as this market is particularly attractive and offers comparatively high rates of return. It was important to Varnstein Property Group – being an established player in this segment – to create more transparency. We therefore joined forces with CBRE to compile the first professional market report about retail parks in Poland. We managed to gather data on existing building stock, on the development pipeline, on rents and yields for the first time, and in the process sketched out a comprehensive snapshot of the market.
